Role and Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company’s executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Assist with email management, drafting, and proofreading correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations as required.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for various business needs.
Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Writer:

Develop and maintain detailed SOPs and procedural manuals for various company processes and tasks.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather information and identify areas requiring SOP documentation.
Write clear and concise SOPs that accurately reflect the processes and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Regularly review and update existing SOPs to incorporate process improvements and best practices.
Data Entry:

Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and databases.
Verify and validate data accuracy to ensure quality and integrity.
Organize and categorize data in a logical and structured manner.
Generate reports and summaries from the collected data as needed.
Requirements:

Excellent English Proficiency: The candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are essential to managing multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.

Attention to Detail: The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in all tasks, including data entry and SOP writing, is critical.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving issues independently, while effectively communicating solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Confidentiality: A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information is required.

Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using various computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and project management tools.

Experience and Education: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in personal assistance, SOP writing, and data entry.

Time Zone Compatibility: Candidates must be available to work 8-5 Monday Through Friday Pacific Standard Time to ensure collaboration and timely communication with the team.

Reliability and Commitment: Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to meeting deadlines are essential for success in this role.
