Position: Assistant to the CEO
Location: Remote/WFH
Reports to: CEO
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to support our
executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen
eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is integral to
the smooth operation of our executive office, ensuring that the CEO can focus on
strategic initiatives and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support:
– Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
– Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
Communication:
– Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external
stakeholders.
– Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications.
– Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across departments.
Project Management:
– Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
– Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
– Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
Office Management:
– Ensure the executive office operates smoothly and efficiently.
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships.
– Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
Miscellaneous:
– Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO
– Anticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive support
– Represent the CEO in meetings and events when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the
fashion industry.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
– Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
– Professional demeanor and appearance.
