Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the manager, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Organizing workflow and streamlining internal processes
3. Providing Support to the MD with but not limited to admin support, social media, support to Regional Directors, research and generating leads and enquiries from all over the world
4. Generating possible inquires to the point of passing the lead on to the Managing Director as a “qualified Lead”. This will involve using all possible Social Media platforms and any other method to generate interest.
5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, brochures and other documents.
6. Coordinating the RDs on online marketing aspects with the purpose of increasing brand awareness
7. Assist in managing and organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities. These include the Foresight Business Series and Regional Director Trainings.
8. Process and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
9. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
10. Assist in managing projects and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
11. Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
12. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
• Prior experience in project management or event planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of WordPress websites would be very helpful
