Personal Assistant (VA)

Hey, my name is Lee and I own an 8-Figure eCommerce business. I’m working on building my personal brand and branching out into the education industry (teaching others how to build and run an e-commerce/dropshipping business), and that’s exactly where you come in place. You will be my right hand. I will talk with you on a daily basis and we will build the business together.

I’m seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support me in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate that I’m looking for is tech-savvy, a problem solver, reliable, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

The job is a part-time job with an option later on to become a full-time job. (We can debate about this).

That being said, I’m looking for someone to join me as my personal VA for a long-term relationship (years to come).

I believe that this job will develop you, improve and learn new skills, and potentially increase your earning capacity.

**Skills Necessary:**
(Note: These are just some overall general things we’ll be doing. The specific tasks will be given once we start working together).

– Technical Integrations (Figuring out how to do the technical stuff without my help – unless it’s necessary).
– Landing pages and funnel building (learning how to use the necessary platforms – whichever platform we decide to use).

– Own Research – (To do research on the topics and ideas I’ll mention and ask from you). (NOT copy-pasting from ChatGPT!)
– Ex #1: “Research how we can leverage ChatGPT in our email marketing flows”.
– Ex #2: “Research how to write a job description, where to post it, and write one for a VA role.” (Just like I’m doing here).
– Ex 3: “Research for YT content ideas that my audience will be interested in.”

– Analytics and Reports – Know how to use Google Sheets (or that you’re able to research and learn in order to get the task done).

– Basic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop).

– Video editing (nothing too complicated. Mainly cutting unnecessary parts, small effects, adjusting speed, etc…).
– Uploading and posting on social media (on YouTube for now).

– Basic Ai Leveraging Skills (for example writing emails via chatGPT).

-Basic customer support skills.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Good communication)
– Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Reliable (trustable on tracking and getting things done on time).
– Problem Solver – Ability to work independently and take initiative. (Able to think critically and find solutions to challenges that may arise – without being dependent on me).
– Organized (setting priorities and keeping track of deadlines)
– Adaptable to changes (plans and tasks change – he/she must be able to adapt and be open to change in order to get the task done).
– Coachable – wants to learn and is open-minded.

**Additional Information:**
This is a part-time job with an option later on to become a full-time job (we can debate upon this).

– 5 Days a week (Monday – Friday)
– 4-5 Hours per day
– $6 per hour
– As time goes by you will have daily/weekly regular tasks with clear SOPs. Starting out most of the tasks will be on-demand. So I will give you instructions based on what we need to get done for this specific day, week, or month.

**Small Assignment:**
Do a short research (10-15 minutes) on which platform should I use in order to create my first funnel assuming that I know that Click Funnels costs $100-$300 per month and I still don’t want to pay that much before things are running. Which platform will be easy to use, cheap, and available to integrate with other tools (pixels, codes, etc)?

– Do your own research and let me know what you chose if you have other recommendations, and why you think I should start off with that specific platform.
