Client Overview: An entrepreneur with diverse projects spanning music, personal development, philanthropy, and a luxury clothing brand. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to help him manage his personal brand and multiple projects, ensuring consistent and compelling content creation and organization.
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Virtual Assistant who can help synthesize the client’s ideas, assist in content creation, perform research, and manage various project tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of using AI tools, content writing, graphic design, basic research skills, and the ability to effectively organize and execute his vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
Mainly focused on Writing for Linked In, with some light graphics
Advanced Notion informational organizer
Interview Mitch to extract and synthesize ideas for content.
Utilize AI tools to organize and generate content, such as LinkedIn posts, from interviews and client responses.
Write, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with Mitch’s brand ethos and guidelines.
Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
Idea Organization:
Take random ideas that Mitch adds to a dump file and organize them into content buckets.
Help Mitch follow up on these ideas and ensure they are developed into complete content pieces.
Maintain a comprehensive Notion database for tracking projects, tasks, and ideas.
Research:
Conduct research on various topics as requested by Mitch.
Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
Find and evaluate tools, software, and platforms that can enhance business efficiency.
Gather quotes and information for event planning and other logistical needs.
Project Management:
Organize and manage projects using Notion.
Keep track of deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Provide regular updates to Mitch on project progress.
Coordinate with other team members and contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Content Writer, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency with Notion for project and task management.
Familiarity with AI tools for content organization and creation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with social media management and content marketing strategies.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Experience with video editing software.
Knowledge of the entrepreneurial landscape and current trends.
