Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, creative personal branding Ghostwriter with prior experience managing multiple platforms for a famous executive, coach, or mastermind. You will be responsible for matching the tone, competence, experience, and professional credibility of our key thought leaders, Dr. Philip Golinsky and Phoebe Casey. Your primary focus will be to craft engaging and authentic content that reflects their personalities and professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
– Write LinkedIn posts for Dr. Phil and Phoebe that accurately reflect their voice, professional experience, and thought leadership.
– Develop captions based on finalized short form and long form videos created by our editors for Instagram, ensuring each caption resonates with the audience and enhances engagement.
– Create Facebook posts with both Reel and picture content, maintaining a consistent tone and message across all posts.
– Write detailed YouTube descriptions with SEO-optimized meta tags and descriptions to improve visibility and engagement on the platform.
Brand Voice and Tone:
– Perfectly match the tone and professional credibility of Dr. Phil, who is on a mission to spread his success throughout the chiropractic profession, uplift chiropractors through positive motivation, and reach the hearts of everyone in the industry.
– Accurately represent Phoebe Casey, a seasoned executive management consultant and key executive influencer, aiming to inspire women in business, female entrepreneurs, and moms who want to succeed in all areas of life from business to health.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our dedicated media team to scale personal brands, ensuring all content aligns with the overall branding strategy.
– Collaborate with video editors to create compelling copy & writing content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
– Assist in creating engaging writing content for our podcast, The Rxponential Podcast, to further expand our reach and influence.
Media Presence:
– Help maintain a strong and consistent presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook by posting creative reels and engaging content.
– Engage with the audience to build a loyal community of followers who are motivated by our message and mission.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a ghostwriter for executives or professional coaches, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
– Exceptional content copywriting skills, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with the ability to create engaging and authentic posts.
– Ability to understand and replicate the tone of voice for different personas, specifically Dr. Phil and Phoebe Casey.
– Expertise in writing SEO-optimized YouTube descriptions to enhance video visibility and engagement.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the media team and thought leaders.
