Job Description

Hello! I hope this job posting finds you well. I am seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to join me in managing both personal and business-related tasks. This role is initially slated for 10-20 hours a week, with the potential to expand based on performance and mutual alignment.
Your Key Responsibilities would include:
1. Personal Finance Management:
* Categorize my expenses in the Personal Capital UI.
* Send a weekly report on my personal spending, comparing it to my monthly budget and income.
2. Task Management:
* Send a weekly report of all “to-do” items from Notion.
Finance Management:
* Categorize expenses and send a monthly P&L report for a t-shirt printing company.
* Compile a monthly P&L report on two rental properties, detailing utilities, rent payments from tenants, and mortgage pay down.
* Deliver a monthly sales report for a Mexican food catering and market sales company.
4. Administrative Tasks:
* Make phone calls to vendors or offices to either receive documents or schedule appointments on my behalf or for the businesses.
What Success Looks Like:
– Timely and accurate reports that provide clear insights.
– Efficient management and completion of tasks with minimal oversight.
– Proactive communication regarding any queries or issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
– Proficient in financial management and reporting.
– Comfortable with tools like Notion and Personal Capital.
– Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
– Experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
