The blog and her social media cover lifestyle topics including clean beauty, fashion, wellness and travel.

Melissa has created an online Glow Girl Academy, a subscription based community where she shares a LIVE for all subscribers, shares daily exclusive content, and products lists.

Description:

Seeking a qualified candidate to be Melissa’s virtual personal assistant that helps support in the creation and execution of her weekly blog, goals and project deadlines.

Must have experience using affiliate platforms such as LTK, Reward Style, ShopMy and others to help manage links and organize folders.

Will assist with the organization of Dropbox files and assist in monitoring website.

We encourage you to have confidence to take initiative in providing image proposals from our photo gallery as well as assisting with newsletter creation.

Creating, posting and managing the content for The Glow Getter Academy Facebook Subscription Group.

Must have exceptional organizational skills, be extremely meticulous, creative, tech savvy, and detail oriented. Experienced in all areas of social media, loves to write and create visually beautiful content, is obsessed with pop culture, has a passion for beauty, fashion and wellness. Familiar with the influencer space and enjoys following bloggers for ideas and information.

Experience and knowledge with funnel and call-to-action marketing strategies a plus! Committed to building The Glow Girl brand as the premier platform for women 40+ across the US and beyond.

Qualifications:

MUST BE ORGANIZED, RESOURCEFUL, CREATIVE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED. Must be able to take ownership of tasks including follow-up

Passionate about beauty, health, fitness, fashion, lifestyle

Follows and is familiar with important fashion, beauty & lifestyle influencers

Knowledge of Planoly, Squarespace, Mailchimp, LTK, VSCO, InShot, google analytics, Facebook manager

Understands and is familiar with google analytics.

Strong social media skills including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest.
