I’m a busy person with a lot of things going on. I have a lot of side projects and things I wanted to do or accomplish or organize but I just don’t have the time. So I’m looking for a reliable assistant that will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. No prior experience is required; I’m looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow with me.

Job Description:

– 5-10hrs/week is just an estimate work hours. Flexible hours, Task/output base
– Timeproof only for the first month just to be able to see and gauge how much time a task needs to complete. Will not be use to monitor activities and not necessary after a month or less
– Ok to work with multiple clients as long as you can finish tasks on time
– I’m very lenient with deadlines, unless a task is specified as urgent
– Weekly meeting / training via chat only (video if needed only)

– Email management
– Inbox Zero
– Replying to emails and messages
– Document organization
– Digital and paper files (scanned)
– Text/data
– Digital documents
– Photos
– Videos
– Transcript
– Typing
– Research
– Basic Graphics and Video editing
– Data Entry (Google Spreadsheet, Notion)
– Sales (not cold calling, not telemarketing, just postings product on Facebook groups and Marketplace)
– Social Media Management (in the future)
– Project Management (in the far future)
– Dropshipping/Online Shop management (in the far future)

Benefits:

– Bonus of 1K php once hired (Day 1 – onboarding/training)
– Starting pay 8K php/month (Payable weekly at 2k php – frequency can also be arranged based on your preference)
– Guaranteed rate increase after a year (or even less) – depends on performance and increased volume of tasks
– Part-time only for the time being. Full-time potential in the far future

**QUALIFICATIONS**

– Knowledgeable and with excellent Google Sheet skills
– Knowledgeable in Canva and can do simple graphic and video editing
– Knowledgeable in Notion and Chat GPT (not required but a plus)
– Excellent English skills (not required, but a plus)
– Can read Korean (not required, but a plus)
– Actually do not put Megan Mullally Rocks as your subject message, put Nick Offerman Rocks instead
– Graphics and Video editing skills
– Can onboard/train/meet on May 19
– Can start on May 20
