Job Description

Hi,

I am looking for a Executive / Personal Assistant for my real estate business and personal affairs. I have been in the real estate investment business for 3+ years & in the real estate mortgage business for 2+. My mission is to help my businesses grow 3X this year.

It has become clear to me that I cannot do this without the support of 1 SUPERSTAR VA by my side.

Technical Skills Preferred but not required (I will provide easy to follow trainings via Loom):

– Bookkeeping
– Property Management (Long Term, Airbnb, VRBO)
– Scheduling Meeting & Appointments on Google Calendar
– Managing & Ordering Supplies when needed (Amazon or Walmart)
– Reaching out & Following-Up w/ Contractors
– Paying Contractors (Accounts Payable)
– File Management
– Travel Planning

Desired Technical Skills (I am looking for someone who can grow with me & open to learning new things as you become more efficient and optimize your back end work):

– Social Media Management

Pay:

– Salary Part-Time 20 Hours starting (very high likelihood to transition into full-time salary 40 hours)
– TBD based on experience & skills level
– Probation period (3 weeks) you will be paid weekly then after the 3 weeks is over and if it is the right fit for both of us. Pay will be twice per month on the 11th & 26th of each month
– We will pay the 13th-month pay in December! 🙂

Career Potential: Currently, I am hiring part-time with a very high likely-hood by the 2nd month (or sooner) I will hire you on as full-time salary as I begin to make this transition in my workload
