Responsibilities:
1. Deal Flow Management – Input deals into CRM and review early-stage technology companies for potential investment based on predefined criteria.
2. Data Entry and Management – Offers efficient data entry services and database management to ensure accurate and organized information.
3. Research – Conducts thorough online research for both business and personal purposes, including market research, product comparisons, and data gathering.
4. Administrative Support – Provides comprehensive assistance with administrative tasks, such as email management, calendar scheduling, event coordination, and document preparation.
5. Email Management – Manages and prioritizes email inbox, drafts emails, and files emails as necessary.
6. Calendar Management – Organizes and manages calendars, schedules meetings or appointments, and sets reminders for important events.
7. Travel Arrangements – Capable of making travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
8. Social Media Management – Manages social media accounts, including content creation, post scheduling, and engagement with followers.
9. Content Writing and Editing – Proficient in writing, editing, and proofreading online content, such as blog posts, articles, and website content.
10. Personal Tasks Assistance – Provides assistance with personal tasks, including online shopping, scheduling personal appointments, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Requirements:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Executive Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
– Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Canva, etc.
– Familiarity with various communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Meets, Whatsapp, etc.
– Basic knowledge of social media platforms and social media management.
– A stable and reliable internet connection.
– A reliable computer or laptop without any issues.
– Must be reachable Monday to Thursday between 6 PM – 9 PM Philippines Time.
