Personal Fitness Trainer / Assistant

We’re looking for a “hybrid” personal fitness trainer / personal assistant. Someone who has the context and knowledge of fitness and diet, but can mostly help organize everything in our life around it.

We are a couple running a successful ecommerce brand in Europe, but are very limited in our time. We already have found a fitness company where we can exercise, but planning each session takes a bit of back and forth with them to coordinate. We are also on a very tight business schedule in a normal working week.

We need someone to help us with:
– Planning / coordinating our exercise routine with the fitness company
– Ordering food from the supermarket delivery service
– Managing our private calendars around it
– Talking to our business’ Executive Assistant to coordinate with work related activities
– Communicating with any other family members / friends / colleagues about our plans, where necessary
– Adding food and exercises to our tracking apps
– Coaching or giving tips on how we could improve our diet

Your English should be very well understandable both written and verbally, otherwise it will probably not work out in the end. We are from The Netherlands so most people speak English quite well, but it certainly helps if your English is impeccable.

We will start with a weekly call where we discuss the upcoming week. It is your responsibility to make sure everything is taken care of in terms of our fitness. Obviously we need to show up at the gym and do the pushups and eat the food, but you will take care of everything else around it.

Expected amount of hours will not be full time and can vary. It will probably be more in the beginning. We will have to find out what the expected amount of hours is going to be. Communication should always happen in our time zone (Amsterdam) during working hours.
