Shift: Monday through Friday – 9 AM to 6 PM EST

As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking a dynamic Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our team and support our efforts to scale our operations.

Job Description: As a Virtual Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us generate leads, set appointments, and streamline our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our team to identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and marketing strategies to identify and generate leads for luxury properties.
2. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments for property showings, client meetings, and consultations.
3. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update our client database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience and foster strong relationships.
6. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management as needed.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Other Tasks: Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management to support the overall success of the business.
9. Content Creation: Creating real estate content for the social pages, blogs, presentations and reports.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and client preferences is a plus.
