Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Personal Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the medical industry. As a Personal Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
– Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and ensure our services meet their expectations.

– Client Onboarding:
– Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
– Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
– Provide training and support to new clients on how to utilize our services effectively.

– Communication:
– Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
– Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.

– Issue Resolution:
– Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.

– Reporting:
– Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction, service usage, and other relevant metrics.
– Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for service enhancements.

– Collaboration:
– Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client relationship strategies.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
– Experience:
– Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the medical or staffing industry.
– Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
– Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
– Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to client issues.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
