Hello,

I am a real estate professional seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Personal Virtual Assistant to support me in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and social media management. This is a full-time position, 8 hours/day, requiring availability and responsiveness during regular business hours in New York, USA.

Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation: Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads for the real estate business.
-Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and maintain a well-organized calendar to maximize efficiency and optimize client meetings.
-Excellent English Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently and persuasively over the phone.
-Personal Assistant Tasks: Assist with various administrative and personal tasks as required, such as email management, research, data entry, and travel arrangements.
-Social Media Management: Develop captivating social media content ideas, create visually appealing posts using Canva, and ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.
-Content Editing: Edit videos and other multimedia content to enhance quality and engagement, using relevant software and tools.
-Quick Response Time: Be highly responsive to emails, messages, and calls, demonstrating a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills.
-Confidence and Professionalism: Display confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, and social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Proficiency in using Canva and video editing software to create high-quality social media content.
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with exceptional phone etiquette.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment conducive to making calls and conducting virtual meetings.
-Familiarity with real estate industry practices, terminology, and lead management systems (e.g., CRM software) is a plus.
