Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, Personal Virtual Assistant (VA) and Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our founder in managing professional commitments and driving sales initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining the founder’s schedule, ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS business, and expanding our client base. Our founder, a Senior Software Engineer with a deep commitment to leveraging technology for social impact, requires support in balancing business growth with academic endeavors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving our social media engagement, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and optimizing the founder’s time across software development, business management, and academic research.
– Crafting and executing a social media strategy to boost our online presence, engage with potential clients, and highlight new features.
– Supporting project management by overseeing timelines and facilitating communication across our development team.
– Collecting client feedback to inform product development and enhance user satisfaction.
– Managing study schedules, tracking academic deadlines, and conducting research.
– Performing general administrative tasks, such as email management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking, to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Assisting in the execution of sales strategies, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-up, to drive business growth.
