We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and resourceful Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy professionals and help them manage their daily tasks and schedules. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
– Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports.

– Conduct research, gather information, and prepare presentations.
– Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

– Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and expense tracking.

Requirements:
