Job Description:
We are looking for a very dedicated, professional, and responsible Personal Virtual Assistant in our team. This job requires you to be a jack of all trades. The role basically needs to be working with a dropshipping company owner who has a team of 5-7 full-time employees. You will work as the right hand of the owner to help him with various tasks throughout the day so he can work on scaling the company. You would need the combination skillset of different tasks in this role as follows:
– Admin Tasks
– Shopify product listing
– Payment processor disputes resolving
– Hiring new staff whenever needed
– Speaking to the suppliers –
– Hiring New suppliers whenever needed
– Sourcing products from suppliers
– Handling admin emails of the company
– Hiring freelancers
– Finding specific details of any information needed topic via Google or Reddit
– Communicating with the new companies to onboard services
– Creating SOPs
– Work with 1-2 people who can help you to get your job done faster.
– Canva basic editing for logos
– Speaking to the shopify chat team for any concerns
– Managing monthly subscription dates and payments
– Making new contracts for freelancers – Basic ones
– Basic work in shopify apps e.g. adding product costs/creating upsells
We have the training available for all the above tasks, but training won’t make you perfect with all those tasks since they are a very wide range. This is why we need someone who has experience already working in the same setting.
After you passed the interview:
Once you clear the interview you will then be given videos to watch (3-4 hours training videos). We are looking for someone to work with on a long-term basis. We need someone who is highly RESPONSIBLE, PUNCTUAL and DESCIPLINED. We mean those words in capital letters. You will be working office hours of Australian time. 10 am- 6 pm or 9 am-5 pm Mon- Friday and Saturday half day also for 4 hours.
Payrolls:
We pay fortnightly via wise, bank account, PayPal, or crypto. Pay is $7 AUD. You will sign an NDA form with us once you’re hired and we will give you access to the work that you’ll do.
