**Company Overview:**
Our company has been actively involved in the short-term rental industry for four years, managing a portfolio of rental properties located in Eastern North Carolina and Northern Virginia. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in guest communication, property coordination, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

**Job Description:**
As a Personal Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

– **Guest Communication and Liaison:** Promptly respond to guest inquiries and phone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication. Be the main point of contact for guests.

– **Property Coordination:** Schedule and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

– **Security Monitoring:** Review property cameras for activity, ensuring the safety and security of our guests and properties.

– **Check-In and Check-Out Coordination:** Coordinate late and early check-ins, making guest arrivals and departures hassle-free.

– **Listing Optimization:** Optimize property listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez to attract more bookings and revenue.

– **Guidebook Creation:** Develop comprehensive guidebooks to enhance the guest experience and provide valuable information.

**Other tasks may include Disputing Reviews, Submitting claims to for Aircover and Resolutions, Responding to guests’ reviews, Creating SOPs, Marketing and Social Media postings, and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience:**
– Previous experience working in real estate, short-term rentals, or administrative roles is highly preferred.
– Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in the English language.
– Proficiency in software tools such as Airbnb, VRBO, OwnerRez, Spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
– Experience in system and SOP development is a plus.

**Skills and Abilities:**
– Exceptional customer service skills.
– Proven ability to develop efficient systems and processes.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) for marketing is beneficial.

** Please understand this is NOT project based, this is a full-time role in which you are required to be working during the entire shift period ** Slightly flexible hours but core is 8AM-5PM EST** If you would like to work Saturday or Sunday you will be BONUSed!
