We are a Miami-based Digital Marketing Agency that specializes in Web Design and a wide array of marketing services. Our founder is a seasoned veteran in the industry, boasting 7 years of hands-on experience running a successful marketing agency. Now, we’re kick-starting a new venture, and we’re on the hunt for an ambitious Personal Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our team.

Job Description:

As our Personal Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to offer administrative and operational support to the Agency Owner, ensure excellent customer service, and act as the first point of contact for clients. This role involves managing inbound sales and customer service calls, making outbound calls during quieter periods, handling emails, text-based communication with clients, and completing tasks by set deadlines.

This role is not just about ticking off tasks—it’s about growing with us, sharing our vision, and seizing opportunities to take on more responsibilities and demonstrate leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering inbound customer service and sales calls with professionalism and grace.
-Making outbound calls during down times to potential clients or partners.
-Efficiently managing emails, including composing, sending, and replying to client emails.
-Communicating with clients via text messages in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
-Performing data entry and maintaining client databases with diligence and accuracy.
-Attending weekly/monthly update calls and meetings, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time.
-Anticipating the needs of the Agency Owner and proactively addressing them.
-Collaborating closely with our team, fostering a productive and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
-Familiarity with digital marketing and web design terminologies.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
