Job Title: Personal Virtual Assistant to CEO

Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)

Key Responsibilities:

– Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication and flagging urgent matters.
– Maintain and manage the client’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Coordinate and manage the client’s personal appointments, aligning them with their schedule and preferences.
– Assist in task prioritization, helping the client stay focused on critical tasks and managing the influx of daily requests efficiently.
– Help the client remember important deadlines, meetings, and commitments, utilizing various tools and reminders.
– Assist in planning, creating content, scheduling, and coordinating social media posts across platforms, maintaining a consistent online presence.
– Oversee and manage updates to the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevancy, and timely updates.
– Perform a wide range of personal assistant duties as needed

Qualifications:
– Minimum 1-2 years of executive assistant experience
– Proficient in managing intricate schedules and calendars efficiently.
– Exceptional organizational skills to handle diverse tasks and priorities effectively.
– Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in office software suites such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
– Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
– Proven experience in multitasking and supporting high-level executives with excellent time management skills.
– Experience in the healthcare industry is a PLUS.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in remote work is a plus.
– Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
