At [re]start, we are revolutionizing the job search process by providing people with personalized job recommendations to members in our community app. We also will be submitting applications on their behalf, making their job search easier and less frustrating.

The goal of our Personalized Job Match-Maker is to deliver world-class customer service to members in our community. You will be helping people find a new job that matches what they’re looking for.

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about helping people in their job search journey. As a Personalized Job Match-Maker, you will be responsible for reviewing lots of our job seeker profiles inside our app, understanding what they want and taking into consideration jobs they’ve rejected, search different job boards to find and make additional personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze a large volume of job seeker profiles one by one to better understand an individual’s skills and experience so you can make new recommendations that would be a good match.

Communicate (chat) effectively and professionally with job seekers, offering guidance, asking and answering questions, and addressing any concerns they are having with our app.

Assist job seekers in optimizing their digital resumes to enhance their chances of getting noticed by employers.

Apply for jobs on behalf of our members, submitting applications and keeping them updated on the progress.

Collaborate with other team members, to continuously enhance our app, report bugs, make suggestions, etc

Skills Required:

Attention to detail: Quickly identify suitable job fits based on resume/profile reviews to conduct effective research and make relevant recommendations.

Internet research: Utilize various job boards and resources to find opportunities for personalized recommendations to our members.

Ability to handle a large volume of individuals: Efficiently manage and support our member base, utilizing our user-friendly app to provide personalized attention.

Apply for jobs on behalf of members: Submit applications and maintain effective communication regarding updates.
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively engage with job seekers and provide personalized guidance.

Empathetic and understanding nature, with the ability to relate to job seekers’ needs and challenges.

Familiarity with job search processes and career development principles is a plus.

Proficiency in using digital platforms and technologies.
