Job Title: Pest Control – Appointment Setter
Location: San Antonio, TX (REMOTE)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: $400 USD per month, plus commission for every appointment set
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our dedicated pest control experts.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
– Explain our pest control services and benefits to potential customers.
– Set appointments for pest control inspections and treatments.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
– Update and maintain customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
– Collaborate with the sales and field teams to ensure seamless appointment scheduling.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry.
– Proven experience in appointment setting and telemarketing.
– Exceptional communication and phone skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently.
– Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software.
– Knowledge of pest control terminology and services is a must.
– Familiarity with the San Antonio, TX area and its neighborhoods is a plus.
