Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team. This role involves responding to booking inquiries and handling various administrative tasks related to Pawkit’s operations. The ideal candidate must understand pets and have a passion for helping both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to Booking Inquiries: Efficiently manage and respond to customer booking inquiries through various channels (email, phone, chat, social media).
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing customer records, and updating service details.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to bookings or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and their pets.
Qualifications
Understanding of Pets: Must have a solid understanding of pet behavior and needs. Experience with pets is highly desirable.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Administrative Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks and data management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude and provide effective solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for communication and data management.
Passion for Helping: A genuine passion for helping pets and their owners.
