Are you passionate about animals and looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a pet hotel? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Pet Hotel Administrative Staff.

Position: Pet Hotel Customer Service Staff
“Need to be able to work in US New York time zone 10 am to 7 pm (with one hour break)”

With our team of dedicated professionals, we ensure that every pet receives the utmost attention, love, and care.

Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs for their pets.
* Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of reservations, pet information, and special requests.
* Collaborate with the pet hotel team to coordinate daily schedules, ensuring all pets’ needs are met promptly.
* Provide information on available services, pricing, and additional offerings.
* Monitor pet hotel operations and report any concerns or issues to the appropriate staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and administrative workspace.
* Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and restocking as necessary.
* Handle billing and payment processing accurately and securely.

Qualifications:
*Has an efficient laptop or desktop to upload and download pictures with high speed internet.
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
* A genuine passion for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and reservation systems).
* Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts.
