Ina J Photography, a Pet Photographer specialising in photographing dogs, is seeking a freelance virtual assistant for 10hrs a week of work to help with various administration tasks such:
– Administration of photography bookings using Dubsado CRM
– Following up incomplete contracts and questionnaires in Dubsado
– Creating and raising invoices in Dubsado and tracking payments
– Entering/updating client info in Dubsado
– Responding to clients messages and emails
– Managing booking calendars
– Creating blog posts
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills in English including writing and speaking
* Reliable internet connection
* Experience using Dubsado CRM
What We’re Looking For:
* Diligent and efficient performance is far more important than years of experience or length of resume
* Dedication, loyalty, and punctuality
* Organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Quick learner and ability to work smart
* Strong communication skills in English
* Love dogs and have some knowledge of dogs (preferred but not essential)
* Lightroom and photoshop knowledge would be great but not required
What We’re Not Looking For:
* Candidates who are disorganised or have difficulty with deadlines and structure
* Candidates who lack attention to detail
* Candidates with poor communication skills in English
* Candidates with an unreliable internet source
The workload will vary each month, but on average, the position will require 10 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on more tasks and potentially increase hours as the business grows.
