Pet Supplies eCommerce Expert

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced eCommerce expert to join our team and take our pet supplies eCommerce business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online marketplace and be able to leverage their expertise to drive growth and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an eCommerce strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Manage the company’s eCommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service
• Design and optimize the eCommerce website for usability, user experience, and conversion rate optimization
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pet supplies eCommerce space
• Analyze eCommerce data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage online advertising campaigns and optimize for return on investment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a seamless online customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce technologies, trends, and best practices
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other members of the eCommerce team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the pet supplies industry
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through eCommerce channels
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), web development, digital marketing, analytics, and customer behavior
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
• Passion for the pet industry and a deep understanding of the pet supplies market
