The Opportunity
Drive our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives in the Philippines
Work directly with our COO and CEO to continuously improve our talent
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, onboarding, tracking)
Develop strategies to continuously recruit more sophisticated and intelligent teammates
Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract over 10,000 applicants per year
Continuously optimize and streamline the recruitment process.
Develop all sourcing channels
Screen and interview and enhance these processes
Work with management to continuously refine JDs and prioritize roles to fill
Ensure exceptional candidate experiences for all applicants
Collaborate with the COO and CEO to refine HR operations, policies and procedures
Suggested Skills and Experience Requirements:
Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition and Management: At least 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and management, particularly in high-growth and technology-driven organizations.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company goals and scale with business needs.
Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficiency in using HR analytics and data to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Leadership and Collaboration: Experience leading a team and working closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Strong collaborative skills to work across departments and with multiple stakeholders.
Technology Savvy: Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS systems like Lever or Greenhouse), and the ability to leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and continuously innovate to meet the challenges of attracting top talent in competitive markets.
