We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing bulk buying wholesale accounts with designated brands in the USA. This position involves outbound calling, brand convincing, and establishing long-term relationships to enhance our wholesale FBA portfolio on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to designated brands in the USA to introduce our authentic business and present the opportunity for bulk buying wholesale accounts.

Brand Convincing: Convince brands of our legitimacy, showcasing our successful track record of reselling brand items on Amazon, and articulate how our optimization and PPC campaigns can boost their sales.

Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize wholesale FBA portfolios on Amazon, ensuring each brand account is well-maintained and fully utilized.

Communication Skills: Handle brand inquiries with professionalism and excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive and collaborative relationship with each brand.

Analytical Expertise: Utilize analytical skills to assess brand needs, optimize listings, and strategize PPC campaigns to increase brand visibility and traffic.

Weekly Commitment: Work 4 hours daily, 5 days a week, with the potential for an increased hourly rate based on performance.

Requirements:

Location: Based in the Philippines.
Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, brand convincing, and brand account management on marketplaces like Amazon.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, optimize listings, and strategize PPC campaigns.
Long-Term Commitment: Looking for a candidate interested in a long-term commitment with the opportunity for growth within the team.
