We are looking for a hardworking Phone Appointment Setter! This is a full-time position with great potential for the right person.

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am- 7 pm US EST
Salary: $900 USD a month + 13th month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Phone Appointment Scheduler to join our fast-growing team. This role is essential in managing our customer interactions and ensuring effective scheduling of appointments through various channels. You will be our customers’ first point of contact with our company. The ideal candidate will embody a friendly and welcoming demeanor, will thrive in a dynamic environment and be committed to maintaining our culture of trust and integrity.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

– Acts as the first point of contact by promptly responding to lead inquiries via phone, email, and web, ensuring quick and professional communication.
– Manage and schedule appointments efficiently using our CRM system (Salesforce) and VoIP (Grasshopper).
– Follow up on leads diligently to maximize appointment setting and customer engagement.
– Maintain accurate up-to-date customer records and provide customers with information about appointments and services.
– Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer service.
– Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Proven experience in appointment setting or customer service, preferably in a call center.
– Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently, be proactive, and take initiative.
– High degree of professionalism and an ability to work independently.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP, ideally Salesforce and Grasshopper.
– Highly proficient in English (both spoken and written).
– Basic technical skills, including use of email platforms and office software.

– Stable internet connection with backup power.
– Functional webcam and headset for daily video calls.
