Job Description

This job is for a Phone Calling and Administrative Assistant Specialist for Stonegate Management Group. Stonegate Management is a home rental management company that specializes in providing top level service. We buy, sell and rent homes and are looking for an assistant to help us with all different aspects of phone support, scheduling, marketing and assisting our staff day to day.

This is not for you if you are not a highly detailed person willing to pay special attention to not skipping over things. We are a small business where the little things matter. We are a team oriented company that cares for our team members and strive to give 100% every day. If you are not willing and able to do this please do not apply.

Must-Have Requirements:
– Must have excellent English speaking skills and be very natural, comfortable and experienced with speaking on the phone
– Must be very highly detail-oriented and be able to follow very specific, long checklists without skipping anything
– Must be working a nighttime job either currently or immediately preceding this position
– Must have experience in phone support or calling people on the phone
– Have a reliable fast internet connection and dedicated workspace with the necessary computer and equipment to perform the necessary duties

Things to know about this position:
– This is a dedicated position – working for another client simultaneously is prohibited
– 9AM – 1 PM EST working hours, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday
– You will follow local EST times for daylight savings time
– Pay amount: $400 paid twice per month. This will increase after the 90 day probation period based on performance
– Some of the apps we use include Google Workspace, Forefront CRM, SmrtPhone, Asana, Facebook, Zillow, Canva, , etc.

Duties:
– Talking to potential clients and scheduling appointments with them
– Returning messages to interested potential clients on multiple different platforms
– CRM management and navigating our platform
– Following instructions to fill out, complete, update and process forms and applications
– Cold calling owners of properties
– Research for properties and owners and inputting them into the CRM or spreadsheets
– When answering the last question of this form, enter the number two
– Social media posts and creating graphics for postings
– Posting available homes on various platforms
– Following up with tasks that we are waiting on or people we have not heard back from
– Various related tasks as they come up
