We are looking to hire a customer service admin to support our growth targets for 2023. There is a lot of growth potential in our company and looking to hire only A Players with industry experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing customer service support in a E-Commerce environment.

The Opportunity:
Starting Position is an Online Store Customer Service Rep (no prior knowledge is expected and full training and support to be provided):
Customer Service
Quality Control
Inventory Management
Sales Management

Salary:
$300-600 per month (plus bonuses) depending on the experience. This is just the starting point, there will be plenty of opportunities for raises!

Type of Employment:
Full Time & Long Term

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. We will pay $100 for each week during that period. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.

Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and we will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)

Interview Process:

2) Successful applicants will be contacted and scheduled a Skype Interview with. This is just to get to know each other better and to ask any questions that both parties might have.

Hours:
-40 hours/week
-We’re based in the West Coast which is on PST time zone, You will need to work according to our time zone.
-Able to work 2-4 hours on the weekend

-Excellent verbal and written English
-Very good and reliable internet connection
-Good and reliable laptop
-NO OTHER Jobs, Commitments or Employments (this will require your full commitment)

Nice to Have (but not required at all):
-Previous Amazon Experience is a huge plus or any other Online Store
-Experience with working with consumer products (that’s what we sell on Amazon)
-Previous experience in e-commerce businesses
-Skill with Excel and accounting/finance knowledge

Responsibilities:
There are three main tasks to start with (there will be plenty of opportunity for growth)

1. Customer Service – Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries

2. Inventory, and Reporting

Do NOT worry if you don’t know how exactly to do the above. We will provide a comprehensive training session and will be very patient. You will be allowed to ask me questions at any point. You just need to be very organized, detail oriented, willing to learn new things, always go an extra mile, always give it the best you got and always challenge yourself. These are very meaningful responsibilities, and each of the basic tasks carry huge importance. There will be great rewards for people that are consistent and work hard. If there is anything where I couldn’t reach up to your expectations in teaching, please let me know because I want to allow you to develop your full potential and build future leaders that can impact the business at a grand scale. No matter what, I am looking for the right person with the right attitude rather than just a set of skills. Skills can always be taught, but we cannot change someone that is not willing to change and realize their potential.

Other Details (MUST READ):
This is not a regular job post for you just to make some money and for me getting a “virtual assistant”. This is very different. I am not looking for just “another VA”, I am looking for somebody who always strives for excellence, pushes for more, and never settles for mediocrity.
