Job Description:
3w is a technology company that specializes in custom software, design and marketing,
is seeking a dynamic and motivated Phone Sales Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients to promote our custom software, design and marketing services.
The successful candidate must be self-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and sales opportunities.
Present and articulate the features and benefits of 3w services to potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor pitches accordingly.
Achieve daily and weekly call quotas, aiming to make 100 plus phone calls per day.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of leads and client details.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved performance.
Stay informed about industry trends and 3w offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
Utilize strong internet connectivity, a computer, and headphones with a microphone and Webcam for effective communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in phone sales or a related role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily call quotas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with custom software, design and marketing services is a plus.
Proficient in using computers and remote communication tools.
