Our mission is to inspire and enable people to explore Hawaii with curiosity and joy. We love our Philippine team and we want to expand our team and start our in-house sales team in Dumaguete. The current teams are located in Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and Davao.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Phone Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Phone Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their travel needs, and converting inquiries into bookings through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages.
Provide detailed information about tour itineraries, pricing, and special offers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High level of customer service orientation.
WILLING TO STAY IN THE ALLOCATED HOUSING FOR THE WHOLE TEAM IN DUMAGUETE.
WILLING TO WORK HAWAIIAN STANDARD TIME.
