Phone Sales Associate

JOB OVERVIEW

We are MrFix Cell Phone & Computer Repair – professionals, focused on helping people and making money through fixing electronic devices. We do all types of repairs and have had lots of positive feedback so far! We value our customers, old and new, so we always do our job in good faith.

We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for the best Phone Sales Associate to join our Team.

Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with the essential details of our services.
Calling our warm leads using the CRM provided to you.
Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Keeping a detailed log of calls.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about our services.
Collaborate with other teams across the company to improve the process, products, and organization while driving sales

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warm/cold calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of commitment to customer service.
Pay close attention to detail & can follow instructions.
Ability to adapt to different personalities.

Laptop or Desktop with Camera
Noise Cancelling Headset
Quiet and Professional workspace
High speed internet connection

Training: $400/month (60 days)
Salary: $500 – $700/month (bonus every successful sale)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST
