### Job Description: Phone Salesperson in the Beauty Industry

**Position:** Phone Salesperson
**Location:** Remote / On-site (flexible)
**Type:** Full-Time / On-Call

#### Responsibilities:

– **Sales Calls:** Conduct sales calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our beauty products and services in a compelling manner.
– **Closing Transactions:** Utilize your sales skills to close transactions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our beauty products and services to answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information.
– **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
– **Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
– **Follow-Up:** Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
– **Feedback:** Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

#### Requirements:
– **Language Proficiency:** C2 level English proficiency, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
– **Sales Skills:** Proven experience in phone sales, with a track record of closing transactions and meeting sales targets.
– **Industry Knowledge:** Knowledge of the beauty industry and its products is highly desirable.
– **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
– **Self-Motivated:** Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
– **Flexibility:** Ability to work on-call or full-time as required.
