Sales Representatives are responsible for speaking with potential customers regarding the program. Customer leads are generated through multiple lead generation channels including, but not limited to, social media, digital ads, billboards, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Focus efforts on maximizing lead conversion from initial contact to the intake process.
Initiate outbound calls for advertisement sales leads generated
Answer inbound calls received through multiple lead generation channels in a prompt and professional fashion
Serve as initial point of contact for potential customer via phone, email and sms.
Review information provided by customer to confirm accuracy, and eligibility to the program
Overcome objections from potential customer regarding scheduling, processes, etc. to schedule enrollment as soon as possible
Document and update customer interaction within customer relationship management (CRM) system
Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability and group cohesiveness
Qualifications and Requirements
• Proficient in the English language (Reading, Speaking & Writing)

•Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of internal & external customers, including but not limited to medical staff, patients and families, clinical personnel, support and technical staff, outside agencies, and members of the community.

• 5+ years of marketing and sales customer service experience required

• Research, define and understand customer concerns/issues, follow-up, and collect data while considering viable solutions

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-directed and can tolerate frequent interruptions and a demanding workload.
• Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills. Must be skilled to use or able to learn Microsoft Office, One Drive, Trello, Calendly, Foxit, CRMs, Phone systems

• You have demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, & clinical judgment abilities.

To work from home, you must have:
• Dedicated, uninterrupted, and quiet space to work
• High-speed home internet (internet testing will be required during the interview process to confirm minimum internet speed requirement is met)
• Smartphone: app used for verification

Salary: $700 USD (Monthly) + $300 bonus potential
Performance-based bonuses after a 90-day probationary period
