Phone Scheduler

HomeFit Inspections Services a premier home inspection company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Scheduler. This position is crucial in ensuring our schedule is consistently full, providing top-notch service to our clients. We need someone who can operate independently while maintaining open communication for any assistance needed.

Responsibilities:

– Schedule appointments for home inspections from Monday – Saturday, anytime between 8am to 7pm EST.
– Communicate professionally over the phone and via email with clients.
– Ensure all communications are well written, punctuated correctly, and professional.
– Follow up with clients up to three times to secure appointments, involving insurance agents if necessary.
– Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and scheduled appointments.
– Adhere to a policy of reaching out to clients at least every 2 to 3 days if initial contact attempts are unsuccessful.

Qualifications:

– Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
– Trustworthy, with the ability to commit to the role for more than a year.
– Capable of working independently with minimal micromanagement.
– Prior experience in scheduling or customer service preferred.
