Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to provide phone support, specifically handling a large volume of inbound calls from customers inquiring about their order status.
General Accountabilities:
– Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing inquiries related to their order status
– Providing prompt and accurate information regarding order tracking, shipping updates, and delivery schedules
– Resolving customer concerns, issues, or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
– Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant databases or systems as necessary
– Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions for customers
Desired Skills/Experience:
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– Proven experience in phone support or customer service roles
– Strong ability to handle a large volume of inbound calls efficiently and effectively
– Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns

Work is in US hours. 8-9h/day between 9 AM and 7 PM EST.
