Apex Management Group is seeking a Phone Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with a wide range of property management inquiries and issues. Responsibilities:

Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking assistance with property management-related inquiries, including but not limited to maintenance requests, lease agreements, rent payments, and general account information.

Phone Communication: Provide courteous and professional phone support to ensure clients’ questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Need to be by a phone, you will be provided with a dedicated phone number. We use Ring Central.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution.

Client Education: Educate clients on property management processes, procedures, and online tools to enhance their experience and self-service capabilities.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for reference and quality assurance purposes.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments within Apex Management Group to coordinate and resolve client issues efficiently. Need to become familiar with our systems and resolve issues on your own!

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Previous customer service or phone support experience is preferred but not required.

Work Hours and Compensation: $3 / hr, Hiring All Shifts (All times EST): 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM
