As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients struggling with pain. This role offers a schedule of 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, and a genuine passion for helping those in pain. This remote position will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible support and care as they embark on their pain management journey.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our pain management services.
– Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up appointments for patients seeking relief from chronic pain.
– Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processing, alleviating any additional stress related to their pain.
– Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care coordination, addressing pain issues effectively.
– Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, recognizing the unique challenges they face.
– Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in our CRM system, respecting their privacy and data security.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
– Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a MUST. (preferably at least 5 years)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-oriented approach, understanding the urgency of pain relief.
– Proficiency in using customer support software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
– Compassion and empathy when dealing with patients
– Familiarity with pain management terminology is a plus but not required.
