– Willingness to undergo training in Billing, Eligibility, and working with insurance processes.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be handling billing and eligibility inquiries from our clients, while also serving as a liaison with insurance companies. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate billing information, addressing eligibility-related concerns, and navigating insurance processes. This position involves effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and resolving inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities Include:
– Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, and insurance matters.
– Assisting clients in understanding billing statements, eligibility requirements, and insurance coverage.
– Collaborating with internal teams and insurance providers to resolve customer issues effectively.
– Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and insurance claims.
Qualifications:
