Roles and Responsibilities
CRM Management:

Oversee and update our recurring CRM databases regularly, assuring data accuracy and relevance.
Assist in crafting CRM strategies focused on uplifting client relationships and fostering loyalty.
VIP Client Handling:

Serve as the go-to person for our VIP clients, offering high-level service, answering queries, and swiftly resolving any issues.
Facilitate effective communication between different teams to meet VIP client needs promptly and proficiently.
Account Management:

At the client’s request, meticulously handle account cancellations, ensuring a smooth and amicable process that upholds our brand’s reputation.
Provide insightful recommendations to clients, offering solutions and alternatives to cancellation, where possible, to retain business.
Reporting:

Track and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Generate periodic reports on CRM system efficacy and VIP client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience
Educational Background: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, but not a strict requirement.

Experience:

3-5 years in customer relationship management roles, showcasing proficiency in recurring CRM systems and VIP client servicing.
Familiarity with popular CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrable organizational prowess with keen attention to detail.
