Job Overview:
As a Photo and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand and engages our audience. You will work closely with our creative team to edit photos and videos for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and more. Your keen eye for detail, creative flair, and technical skills will play a critical role in shaping our visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Editing:
Edit and retouch photos to meet high-quality standards.
Enhance images for color correction, exposure, and composition.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all visual content.

Video Editing:
Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content.
Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and video concepts.

Content Management:
Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring easy retrieval and use.
Maintain an organized archive of edited photos and videos.

Collaboration:
Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing teams.
Provide input during creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Assist in planning and executing video shoots, as needed.

Technical Proficiency:
Stay updated with the latest photo and video editing software and techniques.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to editing software and hardware.

Quality Control:
Review final outputs to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in photo and video editing.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of other editing software is a plus.

Creative Skills:
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Excellent storytelling skills through visual media.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and software.
