Hello!

I am looking for a full-time employee to support my photography business by editing newborn, maternity, family, and children’s photos both in the studio and in outdoor environments. In addition to this, I need someone skilled in editing and creating short videos from the digital video I capture of my clients. Not only do I offer competitive pay, but also provide paid sick leave and vacation, social security, and 13th-month pay.

Benefits:

· Salary starting at $3.12 per hour ($125 per week USD) depending on experience, PLUS competitive benefits
· Salary paid weekly
· 13th month pay – eligible after 3 months (prorated for partial year)

Key Responsibilities:

· Edit and post-produce photographs and videos for a variety of Newborn and Maternity Photography projects, including commercial and editorial content, social media, and marketing materials

· Color correct and retouch photographs to ensure they are visually stunning and meet the company’s standards for Newborn and Maternity Photography

· Create composites and animations using a variety of software programs

· Work closely with the Creative Director, photographers, and videographers to ensure that all visual content meets the company’s standards for Newborn and Maternity Photography

· Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and techniques in Newborn and Maternity Photography, and share knowledge with the team

· Organize and maintain a digital asset management system for Newborn and Maternity Photography related content

Qualifications:

· At least 2 years of experience in photo and video editing with emphasis on Newborn and Maternity Photography
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects
· Strong understanding of color correction and retouching techniques for Family, Newborn, and Maternity Photography
· Strong understanding of compositing and animation techniques
· Experience with a variety of file formats, including RAW and 4K video
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana

Requirements:

· Full time – 40 hours per week
· This must be your only job
· Monday through Friday MST. Exact time is to be determined
· Adequate computer to efficiently run Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects
· Stable Internet Connection (Minimum of 25 – 50 MBPS)
· Capable of writing, speaking, and comprehending American English
· Use of Hubstaff tracking software for hours
· Provide a daily summary of work completed
