Hello!

I’m a photographer seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photography Assistant who can help me to provide a quicker photos deliver to my clients.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for selecting the best photos from my street portrait sessions and using AI tools for initial culling and edits, followed by final refinements in Adobe Lightroom.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong aesthetic sense and an eye for the artistic and sensitive nature of portrait photography. I’m seeking someone who can swiftly edit a session (with the help of AI tools) within a tight timeframe.

Responsibilities:

* Review and select the best photos from each photography session.
* Use AI-based applications for initial photo editing to enhance image quality.
* Finalize photo edits in Adobe Lightroom, ensuring high standards of color correction, exposure, framing, and overall aesthetic.
* Maintain consistent photo quality and style that aligns with my brand.
* Collaborate with me to understand specific editing needs and preferences.
* Manage and organize photo files efficiently.
* Meet short deadlines for photo delivery.

Requirements:

* Photographer or a strong passion for photography.
* A good eye for composition, framing, and lighting.
* Proven experience in photo editing, particularly with Lightroom.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom.
* Experience with AI photo editing tools, preferably ImagenAI.
* Deep understanding of color, composition, and lighting.
* Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and creative sensibility.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Quick and efficient, capable of completing tasks swiftly.
* Effective communication skills in English and ability to take feedback.

Preferred:

* Candidates with a degree in Photography, Arts, Design, Architecture, or other fields that cultivate an artistic eye.
* Experienced photographers, specifically in family portraits, street photography, and/or fashion editorials.
* Great ability to work under tight deadlines.

I specialize in capturing people and places with a focus on natural, candid portraits. My photography often features tourists against the vibrant backdrop of Lisbon’s most beautiful spots.
I value spontaneous and authentic moments, believing they enhance storytelling in photography.

Recently, I’ve integrated AI photo editing tools into my workflow to enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. However, I always ensure each photo meets my artistic vision through personalized adjustments in Lightroom.
