We are a Wedding Photography and Film based company that services Brisbane, Australia and are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to add to our growing company.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented photo editor with experience in Wedding Photography and Lightroom to join our team on a job-to-job basis. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with the Business Owner to decide on which photos will be published and ensure deadlines are met.

Editing Services Include:

1. Culling Images – Selecting the best photo amount for the wedding album, Removing doubles, blurred images, eyes closed etc etc
2. Color Correction
3. Exposure
4. Contrast
5. Highlights/Shadows
6. Image resizing/cropping/straightening
7. Noise Reduction – if necessary
8. Sharpening – if necessary
9. Tonal Correction
10. Spot Removal

I have an editing style and look I want to achieve, so I will send references and work closely with you to achieve this look and create a lut for future wedding projects.

To best ensure your success, here are the qualifications we are looking for:

– Proven work experience as a photo editor
– Knowledge and Experience in Lightroom and Lightroom CC – Intermediate to Advance
– Knowledge and Experience in Photoshop – Intermediate to Advance
– Fluent English understanding and communication skills
– Strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio
– Strong attention to detail
– Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills
– Time-management

Minimum Requirements:

– Must be reliable and available
– Adobe Creative Cloud/Lightroom/Photoshop
– Fluent English (Reading/Writing)
– A “go-getter-problem-solver” personality
– Positive, no excuse attitude
– A Team Player who can also work with minimum supervision
– Advantage: Has worked from home for a min. of 6 months
– Worked for a service-based business in Australia/USA
– Excellent communication skills
– Casual Availability, per job basis to begin with, the opportunity to progress to part-time/full-time work in the future for the right team member.
– High Attention to detail (when applying please mention the name of your high school in the first paragraph of the application so we’ll know you’ve read it through – Failure to do this will result in your application being removed).

– Use a timeproof program called Insightful where you clock on and off during each session.

Computer Requirements:

– A reliable, wired internet connection with 10 Mbps or higher (Screenshot of your speed test and computer specs)
– Colour-calibrated screens are highly desirable

Perks & Benefits:

– Starting Wage $4USD – $6USD per/hour or approximately $3400php – $5100php per job, based on 15 hours of work per project and experience and quality of work. We can negotiate depending on how long each project takes to edit.
