Responsibilities:

Photo Editing:

Perform morning downloads from the editor via Google Drive.
Conduct quality assurance checks on photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic, following export instructions, and making minor adjustments as needed.
Demonstrate basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for tasks such as drawing property lines and removing small objects.
Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the online presence of White Oak Media, LLC.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, highlighting our real estate photography services.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage social media platforms for brand promotion.
File Management:

Upload edited photos to High-Definition Property Hub (HDPH).
Provide Dropbox links to a select group of clients for seamless access to their property images.
Requirements:

Experience in customer service is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate photography or experience as an assistant in this field is highly desirable.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
