Job Description

I’m looking for someone who works well in a team, is enthusiastic, and takes initiative. Problem-solving skills are important, as is the ability to provide effective solutions. Being organized and capable of improving our existing systems is also required.

Your main job will be editing and enhancing real estate photos. This involves adjusting exposure, color, and cropping, as well as other necessary adjustments to make the images look professional and appealing.

You’ll carefully review each image, checking for any mistakes or inconsistencies in the editing. It’s essential to maintain a consistent visual style and follow our brand standards.

Besides basic editing, you may also need to use advanced techniques like blending, perspective correction, and object removal to enhance the images. The goal is to create visually stunning pictures that effectively showcase the properties.

You should be proficient in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools. Having a good understanding of different editing techniques and tools available in these programs is expected.

Effective communication and collaboration with photographers and the scheduling team are crucial. You’ll work closely with them to understand clients’ specific requirements and ensure the images reflect their vision.

Managing and prioritizing a large number of images while meeting tight deadlines will be part of your responsibilities. Developing efficient workflows and using time management skills are important to complete editing tasks on time.

Having a sharp eye for detail is crucial in editing. You should be able to identify and fix any imperfections or inconsistencies in the images.

Keeping an organized file structure and using proper naming for edited images is important. This makes it easy to access, retrieve, and share files with clients and team members.

Seeking feedback from photographers and colleagues will help you improve your editing skills. Being open to constructive criticism and continuously improving your techniques and knowledge will allow you to deliver outstanding results.
