Responsibilities:

– Edit real estate images efficiently, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
– Utilize Adobe’s editing software, including Photoshop and Lightroom, to enhance image quality, correct lighting and color issues, and create visually stunning results.
– Apply advanced editing techniques such as flambient and HDR editing to produce images that showcase the property’s best features.
– Skillfully add virtual furniture to vacant rooms, creating an appealing and realistic environment.
– Conduct sky replacement to ensure optimal presentation of outdoor spaces in all weather conditions.
– Collaborate closely with photographers and clients to understand their specific editing requirements and deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.
– Maintain organized file management and ensure accurate documentation of all edits made.
– Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve editing techniques to deliver the highest quality images.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Adobe’s editing software, including Photoshop and Lightroom, is essential.
– Strong experience in real estate photo editing, including flambient and HDR techniques.
– Ability to add virtual furniture realistically to vacant rooms.
– Proficiency in sky replacement techniques.
